Soronko Academy in partnership with Agility Logistics organizes a special coding, digital, and essential soft skills training for young women living in and around Tema. “CODE WITH AGILITY” is designed to help young women between the ages of 17-35 years gain essential coding and digital skills for today’s emerging job market.
The purpose for the training is to assist disadvantaged Ghanaian youth and adults recognize their own self-worth, and advance towards self-sufficiency and financial security through job training, academic reinforcement, improved life skills, job placement, and support services.
Following the “CODE WITH AGILITY” training, Soronko Academy will connect the young women with jobs, internships, and opportunities to start their own tech-enabled business.
The class runs three times a week on for three hours for 6weeks..
